*Note: the “password” is a word you tell your interviewee to type in once the interview is complete.  You’ll see what they type in before you approve the HIT (i.e. pay them) so you can ensure only the people who successfully completed the interview get paid.

2. Publish the HITs

3. Keep marketing while you wait

Now it’s time to wait for your first call – keep marketing while you wait.  If you go more than 20 minutes without a call, modify your hit.

Phase 1 – Launch

1. Create an Unbounce page

This will be the landing page where customers learn about your product.

You can sign up for a free account here: http://app.unbounce.com/signup

Pick a template that has video or picture featured.

2. Create a product on Celery

www.TryCelery.com – Celery will be your ecommerce store.  It will collect customer’s credit card info for you, track your orders, etc.

A. Create a product

For now, just enter the required fields. You can go back later and fill in the other stuff.

B. Create a campaign

  1. Set a very high revenue goal – a goal you won’t achieve today, but if you did, you can garauntee you’d build the product you’re selling.
  2. Set the end date one month away

4. Make it Sexy

Build yourself a 30-second explainer video via PowToon: http://www.powtoon.com

Other ideas (optional):

  • Get a domain and hook it up to your page
  • Make a Facebook page
  • Prime your sales pump (get creative with Celery coupons – including selling to yourself)

5. Launch!
